Multi Trade Operative

CRP Group are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join one of their clients who are an experienced and innovative construction firm, carrying out property maintenance and development across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a team based in Kingston upon Hull, working on contracts in the North East. This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week. Van with fuel card and personal use included in package. The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for: * Repair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/ fit soffit fascia and barge boards * Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring * Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling * Repair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes * Repair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windows * Repair/ renew timber and UPVC window frames * Reglaze timber fencing and gates * Multi trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor plumbing activities The successful Multi Trade Operative will have/ be: * Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3) * Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions * Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline * Plastering trade discipline (desirable) * Ability to carry out multi skill trades * Housing Association experience is essential * Driving licence is essential * Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and have own tools Benefits include: Competitve salary, van + fuel card and personal use, pension scheme, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, cycle to work scheme, life insurance/death in service, mental health support, online health checks, online fitness programmes, free will writing, reward schemes, discounted gym memberships, savings on cinema tickets , travel, holiday and retail
