The Role: Lead Interventions: Coordinate and implement effective strategies to support student behaviour and well-being. Support Heads of Year: Collaborate with the Heads of Year and report to the Assistant Headteacher responsible for behaviour management. Enhance Standards: Uphold and promote the school's high standards by fostering a positive and respectful environment. Collaborate: Work closely with staff, students, and parents to address barriers to learning and support student success.The Ideal Candidate: Experience in Pastoral Care: Proven experience in behaviour management or pastoral care within a school setting. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent organisational and communication abilities to effectively support and collaborate with students, staff, and parents. Passion for Student Well-being: A genuine commitment to improving students' lives and creating an inspiring and supportive environment.
