Position: Junior Sales Administrator

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Salary: £23k - £24k per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

A leading fast-paced supplies company is expanding and looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join their growing team in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Input and manage sales orders accurately in the CRM system, ensuring timely processing and fulfilment.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving any issues.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, coordinating meetings, and managing contracts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and order statuses in the CRM system.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and send out contracts and other required documentation to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Friendly and helpful with excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Focused and proactive approach to work
