We're on the lookout for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Primary schools in the Haywards Heath and the surrounding areasThe Role Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs in the classroom. Assist the class teacher in implementing personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students. Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to implement strategies for student success. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to support. Requirements: Relevant qualifications or experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a primary school setting. Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN and helping them achieve their full potential. Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills. Hold a DBS certificate or happy to have one issuedAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
