Assistant Manager/Manager - Consultants - Regulatory/Compliance

Miryco Consultants is working with a market-leading boutique RegTech and Strategic Transformation Consultancy who are looking for ambitious and dynamic Regulatory consultants with technical compliance knowledge to join their team. Responsibilities: Assisting in guiding clients and the business along FCA regulatory guidelines. Proactively monitoring regulatory updates and emerging risks. Staying informed of industry best practices and regulatory guidance. Developing and delivering compliance training, policies, and procedures. Engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders, clients, employees and regulators. Experience: 3 years’ relevant consulting experience within financial services. Strong FCA handbook knowledge. Experience in one or more of Financial Crime, Consumer Duty, SMCR or conduct. Excellent academic background.
