Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our schools' dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our Key Stage 1 students, fostering a love for learning and helping each child achieve their academic and personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages student participation. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous Experience teaching in Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate. A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
