Mission Systems Engineer East Riding, Yorkshire £45,000 - £49,000k *** Due the nature of the role and the industry you will be working in, you will be required to achieve UK SC clearance *** We are looking for a Mission Systems Engineer to join us and help develop mission system concept options, architectures and designs for the various components of a future combat air system. Day to Day you'll be - Provide technical expertise, supporting and / or leading in the following activities for mission systems as part of a multi-functional engineering team: Concepting, Architecting, Requirements management, Design, Testing, Safety, Cyber Security, Qualification and certification Lead and support team meetings / DSUMs / Agile reviews Manage / help / direct less experienced Systems Engineers Manage the creation of Engineering documents that form part of the Systems Engineering process Skills we are looking for - Systems engineering and engineering lifecycle experience Knowledge of systems engineering methods and tools (e.g. UML/Sys ML, Mo DAF, MOOD, Matlab) Experience of developing mission systems and associated domain knowledge It would be beneficial if you had - Some experience of working in an agile environment Experience of managing engineers Presentation skills Disclaimer: This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited (" ARM").
