Project Administrator Coventry £230-£260 per day Your new company Managing infrastructure to create sustainable value for its users and investors, and to have a positive social impact. Your new role Collate reports for the Project Companies on behalf of the General Managers Assist in the collation or issue of Reports on behalf of the General Manager. Receiving and issuing of correspondence on behalf of the Project Company. Revieing new supplier forms for onboarding process including CIS and tax UTR. Communicating with finance colleagues as required. Maintain an up-to-date register of all Project related Complaints/Compliments, send the information to the relevant Service Provider and chase responses to complaints, following the timescales agreed with the client. Maintain an up-to-date register of all Variations including enquiries received and responses submitted, send the information to the relevant Service Provider and chase responses as required. Maintain schedules for insurance incidents, claims, variations and other project processes. Organise internal team meetings and ensure required attendees have responded with their availability. Collate, produce and issue papers for meetings under the direction of the General Manager. Book rooms, refreshments and manage other administrative arrangements. Manage the Sharepoint filing systems in accordance with Vercity policy. Maintain electronic records in connection with all the project companies. Assist with preparation for internal audits. Receiving and issuing of correspondence on behalf of the Project Company. Deal with ad hoc enquiries for information. Undertake other duties as requested by the General Manager, Directors and site team of Vercity. Work collaboratively with other companies in the Project and provide support where appropriate. What you'll need to succeed   Able to communicate effectively to colleagues, client representatives and key stakeholders To behave in a professional manner always Ability to respond quickly and effectively to client requirements To have a good understanding of key personnel of the client staff To have a good knowledge of safe systems of work To have basic IT skills, (Web Quote, E Mail, CAFM, PDA etc).
