We believe in promoting independence, dignity, and respect for every customer we support.Applicants must drive and have regular access to their own car, as well as have the right to work in the UK via British Citizenship, dependents visa, student visa or settled statusKey Responsibilities:Our Care Assistants will travel around Totton & surrounding areas including Marchwood, Lyndhurst & Ashurst, to support our customers in their own homes. All customers will have care plans tailored to their specific needs & this can vary in every care visit you attend, but generally you may support our customers with - Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assisting with meal preparation and medication management (prompting & administering). Offering companionship and emotional support. Supporting customers with everyday household tasks to maintain a tidy, safe space for them to live in (e.g., laundry & light housework duties) Entry Requirements:We value real-life experience rather than previous work experience (though this can also be beneficial), so do not fret if you have never worked in the healthcare industry before, we can support you in our pre-employment training & shadow shifts to ensure you will be confident in your new role!We do ask that our applicants meet this criteria - Compassion and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a caring nature.
