Job Title: Flexographic Printer Flexographic Printer Operator Leeds Entirely negotiable depending on your experience We are currently seeking a skilled Flexographic Printer Operative to join our client’s team.  The company is a Leeds-based packaging and labels company that has an international reputation with multiple sites across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating a Nilpeter FA-4 Press, although this is not essential. The primary responsibilities of the role will include setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality packaging and labels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all printed materials meet the required specifications and quality standards. The Role: Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent print quality Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may occur during the printing process Coordinate with other team members to ensure production targets are met Maintain accurate production records and reports Lead and supervise machine operation by communicating with your team Make sure your team is fully informed of their workload Communicate with other departments during the entire production process Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Attend meetings and training sessions whenever necessary. The Candidate: Experience in the corrugated industry with relevant experience of flexographic printing Experience operating a Nilpeter FA-4 is desirable Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop team working and problem-solving PC literacy Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives Enthusiasm and determination to excel. Shifts: One week rotating shift pattern- 6am – 1:30pm 1:30pm – 9pm (Early finish of 8 pm on a Friday) 9pm – 6am (4 shifts on this week) Salary: The salary is entirely negotiable depending on experience, as an industry leading company they are willing to pay above and beyond the going rate depending on the candidate.
