A great opportunity has become available for a reliable and skilled Handyperson to join a dynamic regional company recognised for developing and training its staff to succeed in their roles. Based in Southampton, you will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15 per hour and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities as our Handyperson will include:
Carrying out checks to circa eleven thousand doors within the halls of residence, identifying all remedials works to ensure each individual door is compliant with current regulations. There will also be times when you need to support the day-to-day reactive repairs, carrying out small task such clearing blockages, being a second man and other minor installation works.
What we are looking for in our Handyperson:
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Comfortable working with a PDA
CSCS Card (Desirable)
Full clean driving licence
A good understand of working in the Property Maintenance environment.
