Great opportunity for a Business Architect to join a leading a leading Financial Services business. This role offers the unique chance to build a Business Architecture function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Business Architecture function within the organisation
• Coach, mentor, and manage a team of architects to achieve process excellence
• Map out, maintain, and enhance the overall business process architecture
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business architecture supports organisational objectives

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up a Business Architecture function from scratch
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching or managing teams
• Expertise in business process improvement and optimisation
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions to drive business change
• Experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus, but not essential
