Title: Global Head of Digital Salary: Up to £200,000 package Location: London - Hybrid Sector: Consultancy We are looking for an excellent Global Head of Digital to drive our client into the next phase of business growth and opportunity. As an organisation, they pride themselves on being the world leading provider within their space and help to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of shaping the world we work in. During this time, the business is looking to develop and excel in new digital assets and analytical technologies to give the best customer experience and ultimately drive revenue. The Global Head of Digital will play a pivotal role in enhancing current products across all digital platforms such as websites and mobile apps for all the different divisions and looking into GTM strategies for new business units moving forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead and improve PPC campaigns across all digital channels and drive SEO initiatives, content marketing and social media strategies. Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of all brand websites & mobile apps to improve customer experience and optimise conversion rates. Research and align e-commerce business stores and ensure alignment with trends and business needs. Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize digital campaigns and develop dashboards across digital and non-digital marketing strategies, sales and call centers. Manage, build and mentor a high performing digital team globally and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvements across product, analytics, technology, marketing and operational divisions. Stay up to date on digital trends and analytical enhancements to remain ahead of digital innovations. Key Requirements: Must be an accomplished and product led digital leader with a proven track record of driving digital demand generation and managing multi-channel campaigns on a global scale (multiple languages preferred). Deep expertise in website & mobile application management with sales and customer service operations, PPC, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy with an analytical mindset. Must have management experience, building and leading teams and working collaboratively within large enterprises. Experience improving revenue growth via e-commerce sales, contributing to the overall digital revenue. Ability to leverage real-time data and implement dashboards to leverage decision-making, especially with the Executive team.
