?? This Bid Writer/Manager role involves participating in every aspect of the bid writing process, assisting in the creation of customized, high-quality SQ and tender submissions.
? ?? Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
- Lead Client Engagement: Liaise directly with clients and coordinate internal teams to develop high-quality, bespoke SQ and ITT submissions that truly stand out.
- Craft Clear Proposals: Translate complex technical information into easily understood, compelling proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Showcase Winning Strategies: Communicate key benefits through powerful, strategic tenders, delivering top-tier responses and engaging presentations.
- Drive Successful Submissions: Manage bid production, including gathering evidence, completing bid plans, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with operational teams to gather essential documents (method statements, risk assessments, etc.) and follow up for timely delivery.
- Maintain Bid Library & Pipeline: Organize high-scoring responses and track the bid pipeline, ensuring seamless reporting and preparation for future submissions.
- Attend Key Meetings: Be part of tender launch meetings, review sessions, and Director sign-offs to ensure every detail is polished and on point.
- Identify Winning Strategies: Analyze evaluation criteria and client priorities to develop winning strategies that align with tender goals.
- Improve with Every Submission: Seek detailed feedback when unsuccessful and implement lessons learned to continually improve future bids.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce internal and external materials, ensuring communications align with our brand’s tone and style.
- Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships by regularly communicating with clients and consultants, following up on key information and outcomes.
- Organize Events: Assist in planning and organizing company events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Prepare for Tender Interviews: Create engaging tender interview presentations and brief delegates to ensure impactful delivery.
- Contribute to Strategic Growth: Play a vital role in reinforcing strategic objectives through clear, consistent external communications.
