Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager An international law firm is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager to focus on developing policies, procedures, and risk strategy in support of their client onboarding lifecycle and provide ongoing monitoring/ assurance of these.This person can be based in London or remotely from anywhere in England or Wales.Responsibilities:Manage a small team who are responsible for the governance of Reg Ops policies and proceduresWork closely with Risk & Compliance, Reg Ops and other functions to maintain a robust and up to date suite of Reg Ops processes and policiesEnsure quality checks are carried out each quarterEnsure the on-boarding process has followed internal policy and procedures in relation to CDD, screening and the risk assessmentPrepare reports for each jurisdiction on QA testing findings and make recommendationsWork closely with other teams to ensure a strong understanding of and adherence to the client acceptance and AML policies and proceduresAssist with the review of on-boarding procedures to ensure process and procedures are aligned to regulations and communicated to the teamLiaise with stakeholders across the business and regularly present to Partners and Business LeadsRequirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a compliance and/or client due diligence environmentSolid understanding of the regulatory requirements affecting law firmsHold an AML certificate or similar equivalentPrior management/supervisory experienceConfident at liaising with senior stakeholders and Partners
