As part of the Automation Infrastructure team, you will support Sage Copilot projects within Sage, ensuring that our AI-powered assistant meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated tests for Sage Copilot, including automated tests for APIs to ensure seamless integration and functionality, and automated UI tests using Playwright to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience. • Leverage extensive knowledge of AI to understand its capabilities and limitations, ensuring effective testing strategies. • Understand how various testing components integrate seamlessly to ensure comprehensive test coverage. This involves coordinating between different testing frameworks, ensuring that data flows correctly between APIs and the user interface, and verifying that AI functionalities are accurately tested within the integrated system • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the system under test to enable risk assessment, mitigation, and detailed estimation, creation, and execution of test artifacts. • Identify, document, and track software defects in Sage Copilot, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them. • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Sage Copilot. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, designers) to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing a culture of quality throughout the AI development lifecycle. • Monitor CI processes ensuring test suites are always efficient and stable. • Mentor, train, and code-review QA engineers on how to write quality automation code. • Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, testing methodologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance testing processes. • Engage in knowledge sharing activities across teams, disciplines, and locations, and carry out tasks as directed to meet business needs.
