Senior Trading Analyst

A global energy provider specialising in energy trading, gas transportation, and gas storage operations. With a presence across Europe, Asia, and North America, their London headquarters is crucial for trading gas, LNG, power, and environmental products. Taking the lead and representing Settlements on important business projects such as New system implementation. Supporting the Front Office operational plan by implementing new products into the settlements team while ensuring compliance with controls. Training settlement analysts on new products for integration into regular processes. Collaborating closely with Front Office representatives to enhance trading systems and workflow processes within Settlements, Finance, and across Front Office to Settlements. Coordinating with various teams within the organization including Risk Management, Legal, IT, Finance, Treasury and Credit teams to maintain data integrity within trading systems for accurate reporting within specified timeframes. Supporting the trading desk in managing counterparty relationships and ensuring high-quality information flow across business operations while taking action to resolve disputes.
