SimpleHuman, a leader in luxury housewares design and innovation, is an American company with a UK office in idyllic Goring-on-Thames. As our Amazon Account Manager, you will take ownership of the simplehuman Amazon experience, manage the merchandising strategy, website optimisation and user experience, manage the operational performance and work with our Global Amazon Manager to develop a robust direct-to-consumer strategy and oversee the execution.

main tasks
- constantly develop and implement creative strategies to raise simplehuman’s profile and grow our business with Amazon UK/EU
- develop robust paid and organic search optimisation strategies
- launch innovative marketing campaigns
- create robust merchandising plans for product launches and promotions
- report on weekly sales and use data to inform strategic decisions
- collaborate with Fulfillment Operations on key projects and ensure compliance
- build strong relationships with key account partners/buyers
- oversee the maintenance of presentations on sites
- act as a focal point for all Amazon matters
- negotiate quotes and business terms
skills and experience
- strong analyst must be able to recognise success/failure and take corrective action
- data-driven decision-making, with a thorough understanding of UK/EU customer behaviour
- passion for E-Commerce and willingness to learn
- strong interpersonal communication
- experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
- experience with Amazon ads
- Experience with sales forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher)
- 1+ European languages preferred (German)
