Steel Yard Operative / FLT Side Loader

Ambitek is seeking a Steel Yard Improver / Sideloader / FLT Operator for our client based in Winsford. If you have experience with sideloaders and forklifts, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team in a yard environment, handling steel deliveries and loading trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and handling steel deliveries in the yard.
• Loading and unloading trailers.
• Operating sideloaders and forklifts safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with sideloaders and forklifts is highly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:45
• Friday: 07:45 - 12:45

Pay:

• Basic Rate: 19.04 per hour
• Overtime Rate: 25.93 per hour (after 39 hours worked)
• Pay Type: Through CIS or Umbrella only
