We are looking to hire an Account Manager with BAS experience who will be responsible for managing existing PPM contracts.
The client I am working with is a leader within innovative design of Building and Energy Management Systems and embracing new technology to enable the delivery of Smart Buildings. Their capabilities include the complete life cycle of a BEMS system.
The role is hybrid/on-site, working from their head office in South London and visiting sites in London.
Job Role:
- Contract retention, including negotiating and issuing contract renewal proposals.
- Business growth with existing contracts and clients.
- Providing quotations for additional works.
- Attending client meetings.
- Resolving with client queries.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and enhancements.
- Responding to clients in a timely manner.
- Customer Service – provide support to the clients when required, carry out regular site visits to get feedback on our service, answer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner, and offer guidance on products and services where required.
Experience Required:
This role would suit an account manager/account executive in BMS/BEMS/EMS/Energy sales or a BMS/BEMS/EMS project/service/maintenance engineer who is interested in transitioning to a role managing service contracts and renewals.
Other skills required include:
- Experience in sales / customer service preferred, but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail are a key requirement.
- Experience in all Microsoft Office Apps is essential.
