Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, conducting regular data cleanses to ensure data integrity Update and review HR & Payroll KPIs, continually assessing their effectiveness Produce, interpret, and analyse data for regular and ad hoc reports, including survey feedback Identify trends, monitor compliance, and review overall HR performance Complete mandatory reports and surveys, such as Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gaps and government submissions Support the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and managing absences, ensuring processes are efficient and accurate Why Apply?
