Aon has a Client Director role in its London-based Financial Services team strategically managing Financial Services clients.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeThe Client Director will establish and maintain deep relationships with clients and will position themselves a trusted advisor to senior stakeholdersActs as a client leader across a portfolio of clients with complex requirementsBe able to use your technical knowledge to shape discussions with clients and provide guidance to the client teamsThinking strategically about the client base and proactively bringing opportunities/ideas to the FSG leadership teamUses standard methodology to scale better outcomes for clients and actively shares within the businessConstant development of Aon IQ – through formal training and knowledge sharing in addition to participation in Client PlanningMaintains proven understanding of all Aon services and ensures that the client understands the full value delivered.Communicates effectively and gives/receives feedback to continually elevate the success of the team.
