QA Manager

MCS Group is seeking an IT Quality and Test Manager to join one of Northern Ireland's top 100 companies. In this role you will ensure their IT hardware and software comply with industry regulations and standards, taking full ownership of the validation and testing process. You will manage a small team, and work across multiple departments improving processes and SOP where you see fit. In it for you Salary £50k - £60k Flexible hybrid working. With 2 or 3 days on-site in Newry Career development 32 days annual leave Free on-site parking The role Ensure the organisation's compliance with industry regulations, across all areas of technology. Own the end-to-end approval, testing, and go-live process Manage a team of test analysts Implement improvements where you see fit across, SOP, documentation, and staff training.
