Quantity Surveyor

Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading Construction company that are experts in their field of Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Demolition etc. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team of 4 at their Benfleet office. This exciting role has arisen due to continued success and increased workload, offering the perfect opportunity to be part of a thriving company. Key Responsibilities of this role will include: * Manage all costs relating to building projects from initial calculations to final figures * Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities * Perform risk, value management, and cost control * Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards * Liaise with clients and other construction professionals The ideal applicant for this position will possess; * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials * Excellent numerical and negotiation skills * Ability to work effectively within a team * Full driving licence The successful applicant can expect to receive; * Competitive salary between £55,000 – £70,000 * Company car or car allowance * Opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding team * Office-based role in Benfleet, Essex If this opportunity is of interest, and you have the desired skills and experience, apply now
