Quality and Technical Director

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global manufacturer in Herefordshire to recruit a Quality and Technical Director.

Salary: £90k- £100k +bonus, +health care +enhanced pension

Reporting into the General Manager the Quality and Technical Director will be responsible for a team of 7 and would suit someone with a technical background in metallurgy and a passion for driving quality and operational excellence within a manufacturing setting.

We would be keen to speak with Quality and Technical Directors with the following skills:

• Degree qualified in Metallurgy or Materials Science.
• Experienced in metallurgy and have a proven track record in a similar environment.
• Skilled in leadership and possess strong communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
