We make food to feel good, taste good and do good for everyone.Our genuine passion drives the creation of products for UK consumers, prominent retailers, and our thrilling market-leading brands such as Wall's Pastry, Squeaky Bean, Vadasz and Unearthed.Purpose of role: To co-ordinate the administration and analysis of all company production reports.Key Tasks:Collect the weekly raw material and packaging data and compile a dashboard that helps identify over usageCo-ordinate all yield tracking information and distribute accordinglyFocus on protein products. Track the yields to highlight any potential inefficiencies within the process.Help to create a more accurate efficiency reporting system. Run the payroll reports to see overtime and staff reporting issues.Check run-rates / templates and look to implement a target run-rate system so that efficiency is reported to a target of 100%. Show the real losses of line time and the effect on capacity.Work with Elena in improving the T&A system for recording agency staff. Identify long term staff who need to be taken on permanently.Assist in the creation of site based KPIs. Compile, analyse and present to site Operations teams.Track trends and identify potential issuesIdentify missing stock reconcile deliveries to production.Record giveaway and report on over/under weight issues.Record waste and apply adjustments into Nav.Run the work-orders to see the production numbers for the day/week.To create KPI dashboards for both sites to track efficiency, raw material usage and yields utilising Power BI experience.Hold weekly meetings with Site Management to explain trends with data analysisPerson SpecificationMust be a good team player with a willing to help others as and when required.Ideal role for a recent graduateAn analytical mind with excellent numeracy skills and an excellent working knowledge of IT systems.Display a flexible approach to working hoursA positive attitude to help create a good working environment and willingness to learnProven management skillsExcellent presentation skills.
