They have built a reputation for successfully delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across London, Essex, and Kent. As part of a larger, financially stable company with a 90m turnover, they are well-resourced and established in the construction industry.

They are currently seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Kent. The role offers hybrid working, reflecting the company's commitment to flexibility and productivity.

In this role, as the sole MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from 300k to 5m in value. These projects span various sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, leisure, and high-end residential.
