Internal Sales Executive

Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Advisor required to join a global, market leading engineering manufacturer based in East London. The successful Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Advisor shall be responsible for technical advice, generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, proposals and other aspects of customer service for compressed air systems & associated mechanical engineering products. The Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Advisor will ideally come from any sales, customer service or technical background associated with engineering, Full training is being provided, however having previously sold an engineering product, spare parts or a background working in an engineering environment is beneficial.  Package £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience. Commission / Bonus Company benefits Career Progression 25 days holiday including bank holidays Pension Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Advisor Role Give technical advice and guidance on correct compressed air related product selection as per customers’ needs. Generate & provide quotations & proposals of compressed air systems & associated mechanical engineering products to customers. Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc. Learn all aspects of administration which includes order processing, invoicing, checking order confirmations. Product specification plus after sales and service support. Liaise with various engineering departments. Commutable to the office daily near Stratford, East London.Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Advisor Requirements Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company. Experience in any sales, customer service or technical background associated with engineering. Full training is being provided, however having previously sold an engineering product, spare parts or a background working in an engineering environment is beneficial.  Compressor Service Engineer looking to come off the tools and move into a technical sales role are encouraged to apply. Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Advisor, or similar customer service position, ideally within engineering. Technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering equipment - mechanical or industrial engineering products is advantageous but not essential.  Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree in engineering would be beneficial. Must be commutable to the office near Stratford, East London or willing to re locate
