C# Software Developer – Defence Client
Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage or Bristol (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Hybrid working: 2- 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate C# Software Developer to join our Defence client, working on some of the world’s most advanced defence systems. You will be part of a pioneering department that has revolutionized the use of distributed simulation in Weapon System Design and Development.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across the full development lifecycle and be involved in delivering innovative, real-time software solutions through visualisation, experimentation, design, and testing.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking passionate software developers with exposure to practical software engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in C# or C++ software development and be able to demonstrate knowledge or expertise in the following areas:
- Real-Time Software development.
- Configuration control.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
- Agile development methodologies.
Desired Skills:
- Experience within Defence, Aerospace, or other safety-regulated environments would be a strong advantage.
