About the Job We are excited to offer this amazing opportunity to work at a renowned firm with a national reach.Legal PA – Birmingham (Hybrid) - Up to £28,000 The RoleOur client, a distinguished national law firm situated in the city centre, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide support at Partner level within their Real Estate team.The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in assisting senior stakeholders, fostering a dynamic environment within a forward-thinking team, where the successful candidate can shape and define their role. Responsibilities include:Providing PA support to Senior LawyersBeing the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queriesDrafting correspondence and email responsesEfficiently managing demanding diariesOrganising meetings, encompassing document preparationFacilitating travel arrangements.Coordinating team social events.Handling invoicing and expense processing for the team.Managing billing.Undertaking general administrative duties, including document preparation. This role will suit an experiences, professional PA from a real estate background and a desire to build a career within a positive supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, enthusiastic and proactive.
