Digital Designer Summary ExpenseIn, the trading name of Mobile Dynamics Ltd, is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join the UK’s leading cloud-based expense management solution. ExpenseIn is an innovative, modern, and rapidly growing company providing remote working in a fast-paced environment. As our Digital Designer, you will be helping to promote the product suite of the company to new and existing customers by creating digital designs that bring the ExpenseIn brand to life. You will be designing visually appealing graphics for website landing pages, email marketing campaigns, online adverts, brochures, guides and many more. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and design requirements. This is a brand-new role, giving you the exciting opportunity to work within a small, but growing marketing team. As such, we're looking for someone who is super creative, self-motivated and has experience working in B2B SaaS.   Main responsibilities: Create images for web and digital marketing use including, but not limited to: Product landing pages, paid advertising campaigns, email campaigns, digital brochures, guides, case studies. Create designs for marketing material that supports ExpenseIn’s growing partnership network. This includes partner brochures, partner landing pages, webinar presentations and webinar promotions. Develop eye-catching ad creatives for PPC campaigns including display adverts and paid ads landing pages; Collaborate with the digital marketing team to test and refine ad designs based on performance data. Create designs for email campaigns to develop relationships with ExpenseIn’s existing customers and to reach out to new customers. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design work. To be successful, you will have/be: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, and a portfolio of previous work experience which demonstrates your skills and creativity. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite with excellent knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Affects is desirable, but not essential. Strong creative skills and an excellent eye for details. Experience with lead-generation processes and how to create effective visuals. Proven track record in creating designs for websites and product landing pages that focus on optimising conversions. Keen to stay on top of current trends in design, sharing innovation and implement best practices. Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Degree in graphic design or similar. Demonstrated experience in managing projects from initial concept to final delivery. Able to take initiative and work well independently as well as in a team setting. Experience using content management systems and email marketing tools is a plus.
