Business Support Manager - Luxury Care Home, London Bright Selection is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Support Manager for a prestigious, luxury care home in London. This home prides itself on delivering exceptional care and hospitality to private, fee-paying residents. Key Responsibilities: As the Business Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the care home's financial and administrative systems. Working closely with the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing financial processes, including payroll, invoicing, and debt collection. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Overseeing human resources administration and supporting reception duties. Maintaining accurate data management systems. Assisting the home in delivering outstanding service to residents and their families. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a similar business support role within a care home environment. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, invoicing, and debt collection processes. CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable. Excellent numeracy and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office. A proactive and organised approach, with a passion for delivering high standards of care and service.
