Facade Quantity Surveyor

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Facade Quantity Surveyor at Next Gen Facades. The Facade Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost control, bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams, analyzing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing project variations and any extensions in time required. You will be reporting directly to the MD and working with site teams and the extender Next Gen Facades team. Qualifications Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Knowledge of Cost Planning principles Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in facade construction or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field What's in it for you?
