Sales Advisor Job Description Job Title: Sales Advisor Location: South East England, West Sussex, Chichester Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Thursday - Monday with 1 weekend off in 4 Primary Industry: New Build Housing Sales Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per annum Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme A growing housing developer based in the South of England is expanding the sales team due to new developments starting up. This house builder is known for their high-quality homes and can offer progression to Sales Manager within 12 months due to their growth. Job Duties: Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences Provide information about available properties and guide clients through the sales process Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new developments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Required Qualifications: Valid Driving Licence Experience in new build sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role either with an estate agents or Housing Developer Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation abilities Understanding of the property market trends Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Conditions: This role involves working on-site at a new development, as well as in an office environment.  If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please call Chloe on (phone number removed)
