Need a Trustworthy person for my Child

Hi everyone,

I'm in healthcare, which means my work shifts vary from day to night, and my hours can be unpredictable, especially if I'm stuck outside the hospital. I have a 5-year-old, and I’m struggling to find childcare that fits my schedule.

I'm considering hiring someone who could help with school drop-offs/pick-ups, giving him food or help him shower and put him to bed and stay overnight when I’m on a night shift.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
