SEN Teaching Assistant

Claires School Solutions are recruiting for more experienced supply Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching assistants across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) to join our lovely team and work in our local primary schools around the Ashbourne area . We offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles in part-time and full-time employment. Working as part of the schools dynamic and creative teams, the appointed supplySEN teaching assistants will focus on delivering 1-1 support to pupils with SEN . The successful teaching assistants will have good knowledge of the curriculum, experience working with a variety of needs, and will be able to build strong relationships with the pupils. It is essential to have: Previous experience working with children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in the classroom. Have an understanding of safeguarding. A passion for working and supporting SEN childrens learning. Previous UK experience working in a Primary School environment.
