Accounts Receivable Controller

An accomplished Accounts Receivable Controller is needed to manage financial transactions, ensuring that invoices are accurate and payments are processed promptly. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the Accounting and Finance department in the FMCG industry, as well as leading a team in success. Client Details Our client is a pioneer within the dairy industry and has shown continuous growth over recent years. The client is looking for an organised and professional individual to lead the AR team in terms of being responsible for the full OTC process and being the key point of contact for escalated queries and training and development amongst junior members of the team. Description Full ownership of the Order to Cash process Cash posting and collections Weekly and monthly reconciliations Building relationships with stakeholders and key accounts Manage cash flow and aged debt reports Involvement in process improvement Assisting the Credit Controllers in chasing the debts Dealing with escalated queries from clients Supplier statement reconciliationsProfile A successful Accounts Receivable Controller should have: Experience within the FMCG sector is essential You must be energetic and motivating You must take a pro-active approach You must be a good leader and know how to train effectively Excellent communications skills is key for this role Ideally 3+ years of experience within an AR roleJob Offer The opportunity to work in a vibrant and thriving FMCG industry.
