If you're ready to be part of a team that's transforming the future of the built environment, we want you on board About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to join Symetri, working closely with our Co-Innovation Lab . In this role, you’ll focus on both inbound and outbound sales efforts, supporting our EMEA Sales Teams to drive growth and adoption of our cutting-edge technology solutions. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable practices, carbon reduction , and improving wellness in the built environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients in the AECO and manufacturing sectors. Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Symetri’s offerings. Drive business growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials to showcase the impact of our technology. Represent Symetri at industry events and educate stakeholders on the importance of sustainability, LCA, EPD, and more. What We’re Looking For: Proven B2B sales experience , especially with outbound sales and pre-sales activities. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of LCA , sustainability practices , and relevant industry standards like LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and more. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to solving client challenges. Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Why Symetri?
