Digital Marketing Specialist

Our clients are a HNW mortgage & finance brokerage based in Central London. They are currently seeking a talented and driven Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial to achieving their ambitious marketing objectives, including increasing organic enquiries, enhancing brand awareness for both the UK and international offices, and improving engagement across multiple digital platforms. About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through effective content strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, English, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing. Proven track record of driving growth through content and digital marketing strategies. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and report on performance. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences. ? Strong visual sense for designing or guiding the creation of graphics and videos (experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to senior management.

This role has a base salary up to £40,000 p.a.
