The Sales Manager’s act as strategic advisors to our storage partners, helping them build new revenue streams and enhance EBIT margins by integrating our cutting-edge carbon removal technology into their operations. Creating a sustainable and impactful future for the company and its customers.

Your Mission

• Identify and create new business opportunities with carbon storage partners.
• Meet sales targets for your assigned territory and manage sales forecasting.
• Develop a sales strategy, targeting key prospects, and lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, aligning with their strategic objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners unlock new revenue streams.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Define the best CO2 storage solutions for your partners' operational needs.
• Drive market growth in the UK, working closely with the CRO and business development teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and associations across the UK.

About You

• 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, working with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in selling technical solutions or services through complex sales cycles.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and meet sales goals.
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships with international executives.
• Experience in launching and establishing new markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
