BOSS Energy Consulting – Sales Manager (CO2 Removal)
We represent a company driving significant growth by building scalable partnerships with storage providers. The team you’ll join leads expansion, opening new markets in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. The Sales Manager’s act as strategic advisors to our storage partners, helping them build new revenue streams and enhance EBIT margins by integrating our cutting-edge carbon removal technology into their operations. Creating a sustainable and impactful future for the company and its customers.
Your Mission
- Identify and create new business opportunities with carbon storage partners.
- Meet sales targets for your assigned territory and manage sales forecasting.
- Develop a sales strategy, targeting key prospects, and lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, aligning with their strategic objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners unlock new revenue streams.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Define the best CO2 storage solutions for your partners' operational needs.
- Drive market growth in the UK, working closely with the CRO and business development teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations across the UK.
About You
- 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, working with senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in selling technical solutions or services through complex sales cycles.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and meet sales goals.
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with international executives.
- Experience in launching and establishing new markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
