Housing Reviews Manager

A London Borough are looking for a Housing Review Manager to oversee statutory reviews under the Housing Act 1996 (Parts VI & VII). You will ensure all review decisions comply with legal requirements and manage a team handling complex decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage statutory housing reviews and ensure legal compliance. Oversee the drafting of clear, legally sound decision letters. Keep up-to-date with relevant housing legislation and case law. Provide guidance and support to the review team.Requirements: In-depth knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 (Parts VI & VII) and related laws. Experience managing statutory housing reviews.
