FIXED TERM CONTRACT 15 MONTHS | STARTING OCTOBER 2024This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several distinct industrial markets. With operations in every continent, it delivers branded products and high value commodities to multinational corporate customers all over the world.As part of a large Global Tax Team, you will enjoy a flexible working model and be able to work both from home and in the heart of London.This interim role focuses on the delivery of international tax advice to support transactions and new country entry across Africa and Europe. Reporting to the Regional Tax Director, and working closely with the Senior International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing support on tax advisory matters, as required, for various projects in the RegionAssist with ad-hoc cross-border tax advisory projects, including group financing, M&A etc.Monitoring and review of Group CFCsSupporting analysis and technical input into the UK filingsSupporting the interface with HMRC on agreeing balances, adjustments etc..Assistance as required with other group tax projects, including Pillar 2Building relationships across the broader finance team to help drive the tax agendaAbout you:ACA/CTA qualifiedUK corporate tax trained, Big 4 or Top TierAble to start a new contract in October or November 2024Proven international tax advisory experience, direct/corporate tax focusAbility to lead projects in a complex multinational environmentAble to work in the office at least 2 days every weekFor you:Flexible home working, with access to superb Central London HQA competitive base salary (Big 4 Senior Manager equivalent)Double bonus scheme (paid at midpoint and completion)Excellent double digit pension contribution schemeFor a confidential discussion please contact Greg Dadson at Nebula Partners directly:t: 07539 354 605e: [email protected]
