The hours you will work be Working 08.00am till 16.30pm Monday to Friday. The pay you will receive. £11.44 - £12.50 Depending on experience. The Job role you will do. Working in a fast paced commercial printing setting. Working as a print finisher, finishing all prints to a high quality. Using a guillotine to finish prints. Setting the guillotine to cut and finish prints to the correct specifications. Using machines to fold prints and some elements of folding by hand. Using stitching and binding machinery. Making up and prepping boxes for delivery. Dealing with bespoke customer orders and following tight deadlines. Completing paperwork, making sure each stage of production has been met. General housekeeping duties carried out, making sure own area is kept clean and tidy. Strict daily targets and deadlines, which are monitored by team leader. About you. Candidate should have experience of working in a fast-paced printing environment. A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job. Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary. Focused on quality and excellence of end product. Motivated to meet targets and deadlines. Working either independently or within a team. Be able to help and pass on experiences to help improvements within the company. Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals. Achieve team objectives. Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
