Job Requirements / Description
Our client is a leading software solutions company operating within a global marketplace. They are now seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in their London offices.
Responsibilities
- You will help drive customer growth and retention of existing clients(B2B) working in close partnership with sales teams.
- Build and execute the account based marketing strategy and plan to deliver commercial results,
- Drive marketing campaigns that include product education, product launch roll-outs and offer promotions
- Be responsible for drafting a range of copy for lifecycle communications. Manage the creation and delivery of comms, and track results and learnings to inform future comms.
- Run webinars using Go to Webinar.
Key skills:
- Proven experience in driving lifecycle marketing initiatives and account based marketing campaigns in a B2B setting
- knowledge of email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social, events and sales enablement.
- Experience in content creation and management.
- A strong partner for sales, working in lockstep to deliver ambitious performance goals
- Knowledge of SalesForce ,CRM and marketing automation software
- Experience working in software/tech would prove very useful.
