You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that meet the national curriculum standards, supporting students’ development, and creating an engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning and activities. Communicate effectively with parents and carers about student progress and school activities. What We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. A commitment to professional growth and contributing to a positive school culture.
