Associate Consultant - Business Development

Since 2001, we have been building relationships across the strategy landscape, taking on demanding permanent and contract engagements within consulting, investment & private equity firms, major corporates and high-growth start-ups. Freshminds’ Consultants on Demand team are looking for a driven and engaging individual to join their interim hire team, to support across client engagement and business development. Responsibilities: Working as a recruitment consultant within the Consultants on Demand (Interim) team. Managing and building existing client relationships. Business development, originating new client relationships and bringing in new work. Supporting on account management and meeting with clients on a regular basis. Taking client briefs and presenting to the candidate delivery team on client requirements and expectations. Supporting on candidate searches where needed and helping build the Freshminds candidate network. Requirements: A bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 2:1. 1-2 years of experience in contingent recruitment is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of ambition and determination. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Details: Start Date: ASAP Salary: £27,000-£30,000 (with commission) Role: Permanent Location: Hybrid (3-days per week in London offices)
