The role We are looking for ambitious, tenacious telesales professionals who thrive in fast paced, high performing sales environments. You will be energetic, motivated with have a passion for creating outstanding relationships with prospective customers. Your prospective customers will be social care providers in the Northwest including managers of care organisations or resourcing leads who recruit colleagues for their care organisation. What you will bring * Proven sales experience working in similar sales roles successfully generating leads and new business opportunities by outbound tele-sales and outreach. * Past-experience achieving and exceeding targets. * Experience of successfully handling consultative sales using telephone and other engagement channels. * An understanding of the care industry either professionally or personal experience would be great, but not essential * Strong communication skills, confident talking to customers, of different levels and roles. * Experience working with CRM systems and able to professionally manage data and customer records. What you will do * Build relationships with prospective customers through outbound prospecting using a combination of phone and email to generate leads, make appointments and conduct demos of the platform. * Generate leads to as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns. * Contacting single site and small social care providers in the Northwest, also supporting our national Customer Engagement teams when required. * Understand potential customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them. * Give demos of the platform when applicable. * Live the brands values for making a positive difference to care communities.
