Job Purpose : To support the sales and operations team with creative and administrative tasks. Helping the sales team produce presentations and pitch decks to win orders and assist the operations team with placing and processing those orders with suppliers. Building a good understanding and relationship with suppliers is key to this.
Contribute product ideas to the sales team and help with the production of power point presentations and product demonstrations.
Utilise a good attention to detail in checking clients branding and artwork requirements against supplier visual proofs. Making sure products fulfil our sustainability criteria and fit with the clients brand.
Establish good working relationships with suppliers, the sales team and eventually clients to assist in the delivery of creative solutions to client briefs and operational challenges.

· Thorough understanding of the merchandise order process (preferable)

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
? Learn sustainable products, materials and branding methods
? Attend supplier meetings and trade shows to learn about and source new products and ideas
? Generate sustainable gift ideas in response to client briefs managed by the sales team
? Work with our creative designers to apply client branding logos and colourways to products
? Pull together product information and imagery to produce PowerPoint presentations
? Raise orders and manage the order process with our suppliers.
? Check factory artwork proofs against clients branding requirements
? Highlight and rectify any errors with visual artwork proofs
? Provide excellent customer service and support for our clients.
? Ensure order data is kept up to date in a clear and concise manner.
? Keep our customers informed of the status of an order.
? Communicate with internal stakeholders on issues.
? Provide supplier performance feedback.
? General administration of own work and digital workspace
? Store order processing and store management
? Raise fulfilment orders and manage the process with all parties.
? Provide tailored customer support based on client requirements.
? Handle customer orders in a calm and professional manner
? Remain vigilant and be proactive in problem solving for our clients.
? Follow warehouse booking in procedures.
? Provide cover for your teammates when required.
? Any additional responsibilities as advised by Company Directors
