Systems Support Engineer - Defence
Rate: 525 per day inside IR35
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Portsmouth (Fully on site)
Security Clearance: SC
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineer with a strong background in building and supporting complex systems within Wintel enterprise environments, with a focus on VMware virtualisation. The successful candidate will be hands-on and capable of authoring technical documentation tailored to different skill levels.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience working in a project based Engineering role with the ability to meet delivery expectations as outlined by the Integration Lead and/or Senior Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a consortium of companies to achieve common goals.
- Accountability for work items, ensuring they are followed through to resolution or completion.
- Extensive experience supporting Wintel environments, specifically VMware virtualisation.
