Role Overview As an M&E Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing both mechanical and electrical aspects of projects, working closely with contractors, clients, and the wider project team. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage M&E projects across commercial and residential sectors. * Coordinate and oversee mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring all work complies with industry standards. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying any risks or issues. * Ensure all M&E project documentation is maintained and up to date. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure health and safety standards are met. * Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager in the commercial or residential sector. * Strong background in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering. * Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (e.g., HNC, HND, or degree level). * Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver M&E projects from inception to completion. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * A good understanding of health and safety regulations related to M&E projects.
